What we know about you.

1. Cookies

We don't set any.

This site sets no cookies. There is no visitor analytics, no advertising pixel, no third-party tracking script. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.

Technical information needed to keep the site up and defended — a connecting IP address, for instance — may be handled briefly by our hosting provider. We do not use it for marketing and we do not use it to identify you.

2. What we collect

Your email, and whatever you wrote in it.

If you contact us, or reply to a message from us, we end up holding your email address, your name or channel name, and whatever you chose to write. Nothing else is collected.

When we reach out to a creator first, the address we use is the one published in that creator's own public channel profile. We do not buy contact lists and we do not scrape private information.

3. Why we hold it

To answer you, and to talk terms.

Only to reply to your enquiry, explain how joining works, and hold a pre-contract conversation. Not for advertising, and never passed to a third party for their marketing.

4. How long

180 days, or the moment you ask.

The original message is deleted automatically after 180 days. If a conversation closes without going anywhere, we discard the contact details at that point. Where a contract is signed, records are kept for the period the applicable law requires.

Ask for deletion before any of that and we act on it without delay, then confirm it back to you.

5. Where it is processed

We are a Singapore company.

No Border Network is operated by Arc Bridge Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202435137H), registered in Singapore. Correspondence is therefore processed outside Korea.

Our processors are the providers handling email delivery and site hosting and an internal team communication tool. Each handles the data only for the task it was engaged for. We do not sell or otherwise share personal data.

6. Your rights

Ask, any time.

You can ask to see, correct, delete, or stop our processing of your information. Email [email protected]. There is no form to fill in.

If you would rather we didn't contact you again, say so and we won't.
