Terms
We kept it short. These are the things that would otherwise become a problem later. Last updated 15 August 2026.
1. Company
No Border Network is a multi-channel network operated by Arc Bridge Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202435137H), registered in Singapore at 67 Ubi Crescent, #05-01, Techniques Centre, Singapore 408560. Reach us at [email protected].
2. Income
We do not guarantee income at any level. Gift earnings from LIVE depend on what viewers choose to do, and vary with your hours, your content and your timing. Any example mentioned on this site or in conversation is one creator's result, not a result anyone should expect to repeat.
The support and benefits we provide are tied to hours live and days live. If you don't broadcast, the support doesn't apply. You should know this now rather than after you've started.
How gift earnings are calculated and when they are paid out is set by the platform, not by us, and we cannot change it. Settlement terms are given to you individually before any contract.
3. Eligibility
You must be 19 or over and not currently signed to another network. If you left one within the last 60 days, you aren't eligible yet. Which regions we can sign creators in is set by the platform, not by us, and we cannot make an exception to it.
Applying doesn't mean joining. If it isn't a fit we'll tell you straight away rather than leave you waiting.
4. Account and content
You own your account. We don't take it over, we don't ask for your password, and we don't delete your content without your say-so. When the contract ends, the account is still yours.
What you broadcast is your responsibility. You need to follow the platform's community guidelines and the law where you live, and we aren't liable for account penalties that follow from breaking either.
5. Agents
Working as an agent is non-exclusive and you can run it alongside your current job. You're paid monthly on how your creators perform, with the calculation shown. Specific terms are given to you individually before any contract.
Agents must not guarantee or exaggerate income when recruiting creators. If an agent says something that contradicts these terms, that's on the agent.
6. Platform
We're a network, not the platform. Reach, recommendation, account penalties, feature changes and monetisation policy are decided by the platform. We can't control or guarantee any of it, and when platform policy changes, how we operate changes with it.
7. Your details
The name, contact details and channel information you send through the enquiry form are used to reply to that enquiry. We don't sell them and we don't pass them on for marketing. Ask us at [email protected] and we'll delete them.
We use Cloudflare Turnstile to keep spam out of the forms.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. However, if you are resident in Korea, these terms and any matter arising from them are governed by Korean law, and the courts of Korea have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
Nothing in these terms affects the statutory rights guaranteed to consumers that cannot be varied or waived by agreement.
9. Changes
These terms may change, and the last-updated date at the top changes when they do. If a change disadvantages someone already under contract, we tell them directly.
